On March 18, the signing ceremony for the Chizhou production base project of PhiChem Corporation was officially held.
The event was attended by senior officials of Dongzhi County, including Deputy Party Secretary and County Governor Tang Lihu, Standing Committee Member and First Party Secretary of the Dongzhi Economic Development Zone Working Committee Shi Weiguo, and Deputy County Governor Wang Qiong, as well as Dr. Zhang Jinshan, Chairman of PhiChem Corporation, who jointly witnessed this key milestone in the company’s new materials development strategy.
The Chizhou production base project represents a total investment of approximately RMB 1 billion and will be implemented in two phases. The project plans to construct multiple production lines for various types of organic synthetic materials, along with supporting public utility engineering facilities.
As an important strategic expansion in PhiChem’s new materials layout, the Chizhou base will not only support the expansion of existing production capacity but also serve as a critical platform for the incubation of new businesses and products.
At the signing ceremony, Dr. Zhang Jinshan stated that the company will fully leverage its strengths in technology and talent, strictly adhere to safety and environmental protection standards, and advance project construction with the highest standards at a rapid pace to achieve mutual benefit between the enterprise and the local government.
Deputy County Governor Tang Lihu congratulated the successful signing of the project and emphasized that Dongzhi County will provide a high-quality, efficient, and convenient business environment to ensure the project starts, progresses, and becomes operational as soon as possible.
